Synopsis: Adnan Rafique, originally from Pakistan, has lived in Greece for the past 15 years. He works as a taxi driver in Athens, taking all of us to our everyday destinations. With or without passengers, he drives tirelessly through the streets of central Athens, inviting us into his world. In constant motion inside his taxi, he recalls his dangerous journey to Greece through the rugged mountains of Syria and Turkey and shares moments of his life: that Christmas he worked 27 hours straight, his two homelands, the daily struggles, his family back in Pakistan and the kindness of strangers that saved his life. A documentary inside Adnan’s taxi on the move about an outsider who made Athens his home, and about the city itself, revealed through his eyes.
