“After seven exclusive editions of the “Bridges” International Film Festival in Nafplio, the festival team has curated a program capable of elevating the city to a prominent position on the global map of major international film festivals. This year, special focus is placed on Historical, Fantasy, Musical, and Philosophical Cinema, along with recent Greek Cinema. It highlights Greek filmmakers, particularly in the short film category, who have enthusiastically honored the city of Nafplio since the festival’s inception there in 2015.

Additionally, the program features presentations of cutting-edge audiovisual technologies, a seminar on visual imagery in cinema, and advancements in virtual reality. On the occasion of the World Volunteerism Day the Festival will recognize volunteer groups from the city of Nafplio and beyond on the last day of the Festival together with the film awards in the several categories.”
