Synopsis: In late 2022, when Zero-Covid policy was finally changing, Zitong’s mother died from her lung disease. Afterwards, under suffocating grief, loneliness, and remorse, Zitong kept recalling a middle school memory in 2016, when her mother was their form teacher, and she cheated on an official exam with a boy classmate, Xinzhu.
