Synopsis: From the discovery and collection of prehistoric Paleolithic tools in Nea Artaki in 1990 and their artistic depiction, begins the monumental work of painter Evi Sarantea.

An artistic and ideological, long-term painting endeavor of painstaking effort has resulted in a vigorous body of work of high aesthetic value.

From the humans of that Paleolithic era to the remarkable painted portrayals of the philosophers and poets of our ancient civilization, as well as her other paintings, Evi Sarantea’s creations constitute a unique contribution to contemporary Greek culture.
