DF GR Why photography? – Andreas Katsikoudis, Greece, 2020, 67’

A documentary about photography and its lovers. We followed 5 photographers and a photo group in 5 Greek cities and in Bucharest (Romania). We watched how they work on the road and how they stage their subjects. We talked with them in order to understand their passion, their work process, their goals and the role of photography in their life. Moreover, we witnessed their beautiful cities through their eyes. This is a documentary about the way many people use to express themselves and deal with life’s everyday problems nowadays. Photography is an art for everyone, but firstly you have to realize its own language and possibilities.
